What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop multi-disciplinary Agile software engineering teams.
• Champion high-quality software delivery using modern engineering practices and providing technical leadership.
• Ensure optimal processes, workflows, and tooling for successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to translate business needs into technical outcomes.
• Proactively explore, experiment with, and apply AI tools and agentic frameworks to boost productivity and innovation.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in people management.
• Proven experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and quality-focused development.
• Track record of building and scaling teams, processes, and product impact.
• Experience leading mobile and backend development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity management systems or related domains.
• Exposure to banking, payments, or SaaS industries.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to boost productivity and innovation.
