What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop multi-disciplinary Agile teams (typically 6–8 engineers).
• Champion high-quality software delivery through modern engineering practices (CI/CD, test automation, observability).
• Act as the technical leader, guiding team output and ensuring robust release management.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Domain Architects to translate business requirements into technical outcomes.
• Proactively explore and apply AI tools and agentic frameworks (code generation, test automation) to boost productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery capabilities, operating models, and tooling.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in people management.
• Proven experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and quality-focused development.
• Track record of building and scaling teams, processes, and product impact.
• Experience leading mobile and backend development teams is essential.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to boost productivity and innovation.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity management systems or related domains is desirable.
• Exposure to banking, payments, or SaaS is advantageous.
