Salary: $155,700–$198,900 USD (up to $185,600–$232,900 USD in select high-cost US locations).

What you will do

• Drive adoption, growth, and expansion of hirify.global’s Security Serverless solution by translating product and business telemetry into clear actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Security, Platform, Infrastructure, Testing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve onboarding, ingestion, migration, and large-scale deployments.
• Utilize experimentation and feedback loops to identify adoption friction, reduce churn risk, and improve growth and business metrics.
• Apply an understanding of SOC workflows and AI-assisted security capabilities to guide AI feature adoption in Security Serverless.
• Partner with security, platform, and finance leaders to improve platform efficiency and operational cost structure.
• Champion Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to optimize the usage-based funnel from trial to enterprise-wide consumption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management for technical products, ideally in security or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and data tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and BigQuery for streamlined data analysis and actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, decoupled compute and storage architectures, and experience managing products with petabyte-scale data pipelines.
• Strong ability to use product and business telemetry to understand customer behavior and guide decisions.
• Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experience driving experimentation, learning from results, and iterating based on data.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, platform, and go-to-market teams.
