Salary: $148,600 - $237,400 annually (base pay range for specific US locations).

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for data platform capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Build deep empathy for internal customers, including engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, AI, and product teams to shape solutions.
• Establish and evolve standards, tooling, and the operating model for the eventing platform.
• Drive usage and adoption of data platform capabilities through thoughtful rollouts and documentation.
• Measure and communicate impact using adoption, reliability, and developer-experience metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building internal platforms or data products.
• Strong technical fluency with data platforms, event-driven systems, pipelines, APIs, and platform architecture.
• Proven ability to define and evolve platform strategy.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex products end-to-end.
• Clear, concise communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Comfortable driving adoption and change across multiple teams using metrics and feedback.
