What you will do

• Lead marketing efforts for the Hepatobiliary (HPB) and Hemostasis portfolio.
• Focus on launching a new Cholangioscopy product line in FY27-28.
• Identify market opportunities and barriers, developing strategies for market share gain.
• Develop segmentation strategies, value propositions, and omni-channel communication plans for new product launches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate demand forecasting and provide technical expertise and training.
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and society partnerships to drive market adoption.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Marketing & Market Development Experience within healthcare.
• Strong project management orientation with the ability to prioritize and manage a complex list of projects.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
• Available to travel up to 30% of working time in Western Europe for business purposes.
• Experience in launching disruptive innovations and strong customer-facing skills.
