What you will do

• Manage client implementation of hirify.global Claims products from kick-off through transition.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, resources, documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate client meetings, project planning, testing, and training activities.
• Facilitate technical discussions for project integrations and solutions across applications.
• Identify, escalate, and develop mitigation plans for project risks and roadblocks.
• Track open issues using tools like JIRA until client go-live.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management products.
• 2+ years of project management experience with knowledge of processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in Healthcare Claims processing.
• Knowledge of Epic (835/837).
• Familiarity with legislation and regulations affecting the healthcare industry.
• Must be based in the United States, with ability to travel occasionally (approx. 25%).
