TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for the Australian and New Zealand markets.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, identifying and engaging high-potential marketing agencies and SaaS companies.
  • Manage inbound leads, qualifying and converting prospects into demos and active trials.
  • Book and deliver tailored product demos, guiding prospects through trial activation and conversion.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, Product, Tech) to align strategies and share customer insights.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be located in Philippines
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound).
  • Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand market.
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Proven ability to balance inbound lead handling with outbound prospecting.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems (social media tools, digital agencies).
  • Tech-savvy attitude, comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants).
  • Spanish language skills.
