What you will do
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and creating agendas.
- Handle detailed inbox management, acting as the first point of contact for C-suite correspondence.
- Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, visas, and accommodation.
- Prepare for meetings, take accurate minutes, and draft reports and presentations.
- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and undertake ad-hoc research projects.
- Manage expenses and assist with arranging various company events and trips.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a PA/EA.
- First-class communication skills to liaise at all levels and build C-suite rapport.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech and G-suite savvy, smart, and analytical.
- Must be based in London, UK, for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services/Fintech would be highly desirable.
