What you will do
- Manage complex calendar and dynamic schedules for COO and CCO, strategically organizing meetings and commitments.
- Plan all logistics for international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Ensure daily agenda updates and compile comprehensive prep sheets and background information for external meetings.
- Provide EMEA on-site support for in-person events and conferences, ensuring seamless logistical execution.
- Triage CCO's and COO's inboxes, prioritize messages, and draft emails on their behalf.
- Serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support executive schedules and regional priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an administrative professional supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Must be located in London and able to work in a hybrid model from the London office as needed.
- Proven experience with heavy calendar management and booking complex international travel.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly master new tools.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Outstanding communication with experience coordinating globally-distributed teams.
