What you will do

• Own end-to-end campaign operational workflows, tracking activities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate and quality assure campaign assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Set up and maintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor campaign progress and performance.
• Document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
• Analyze historical tax-free data, audience insights, and market trends to support campaign strategy and define targets.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and create comprehensive performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing analytics, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign management tools.
• Strong experience in process definition and documentation.
• Understanding of Project Management platforms (Asana).
• Advanced use of Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and operational monitoring.
