Communication Specialist

TL;DR

Communication Specialist: Contributing to the execution and day-to-day management of multi-channel communication initiatives targeting the education sector with an accent on content creation, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring. Focus on developing engaging communication strategies and digital assets to support marketing initiatives.

Location: Milan, Italy. This is a hybrid role allowing remote working up to 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Contribute to developing and executing multi-channel communication campaigns for the education sector.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, creative agencies, and partners, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creating diverse content, including copy, digital materials, and web pages.
• Manage landing pages, email campaigns, and digital assets to support marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, sharing insights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in communication, marketing, or related roles.
• Interest and sensitivity towards the education sector and teacher audience.
• Strong operational autonomy, collaborative mindset, and proactive approach.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital tools for web page creation and email marketing.
• Strong writing skills and adaptability of tone of voice.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance monitoring tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Piwik PRO or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to use Canva for basic visual materials.
