Salary: €8,769–€12,527 monthly for 40 hours.

What you will do

• Define and implement engineering strategy, including ways of working, AI use, standards, skill development, and software quality.
• Lead engineering development across DevOps teams in C&D, collaborating with engineering managers.
• Act as a liaison between C&D and other engineering heads and guilds within NN.
• Lead the Center of Engineering (COE) and Performance and Monitoring Team (PMT) of 9 FTE.
• Contribute to C&D's digital strategy, technology roadmap, and workforce development.
• Play a functional role in recruiting and developing engineering managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in engineering and change management, ideally within the financial industry.
• Proven ability to combine innovative vision with hands-on execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Experience in leading teams and fostering an inspiring environment.
• Strong business acumen and a drive for innovation.
