What you will do
- Investigate buyer and seller disputes, ticket issues, and refund requests using available evidence and internal tools.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, making consistent decisions.
- Apply policy and judgment to ensure fair outcomes and protect user trust.
- Use templates, tooling, and AI efficiently without compromising decision quality.
- Escalate high-risk or unclear cases with strong context.
Requirements
- Native Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken).
- Available full-time (40 hours, Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00).
- Ability to write clearly and professionally in Dutch and English and explain decisions calmly.
- Empathetic yet firm when evidence or policy demands it.
- Strong decision-making skills under ambiguity and comfortable investigating details.
- Proficient with digital tools, able to learn new systems quickly and work efficiently on a computer.
- Takes ownership and seeks structural fixes for recurring issues.
- Curious about AI and automation, using it carefully to protect trust.
