What you will do

• Provide advice to Relationship Managers regarding system capabilities and the management of associated risks.
• Support the business in the implementation of lending transactions for Wholesale & Rural Europe, Africa & Asia clients.
• Monitor and deliver daily insights on client positions, specifically regarding limits and utilization.
• Ensure accurate reflection of customer agreements in legal documentation within banking systems.
• Act as the primary contact for internal partners to resolve process issues and complaints.
• Contribute to the department's change agenda by assisting with system implementations and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• University or higher educational degree.
• Proven banking or financial work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate customer support or client-facing experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication (C1).
• Valid living and working permit for the Netherlands.
• Basic Dutch language proficiency (A1/A2) with a desire to improve.

Nice to have

• Experience in the analysis of corporate customers and managing deal processes.
• Knowledge of lending, structuring complex financing, and credit risk management.
• Familiarity with loan documentation.
