Customer Success Internship (Circular Economy)

TL;DR

Customer Success Intern (Circular Economy): Supporting the Customer Success team with implementations and customer relations in the circular office furniture industry with an accent on customer outreach and CRM management. Focus on mapping customer portfolios, advising on functional design changes, and optimizing internal workflows.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Fluency in both Dutch and English is a hard requirement.

Salary: €800 per month

What you will do

• Assist the Customer Team with flexible services and advise customers on functional design changes.
• Support customer outreach prioritization and map the customer portfolio.
• Perform daily administrative tasks within CRM systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Identify and implement improvements in internal ways of working.

Requirements

• Last year of Bachelor or Master studies in Business, Law, Hospitality, or Spatial Design.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (hard requirement).
• Proactive can-do mentality and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
• Interest in office space design and circular business models.
• Prior professional experience.
