What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level, multi-workstream programs spanning multiple operational functions and systems.
• Define execution architecture including sequencing strategy, dependency alignment, and governance frameworks.
• Evaluate and mitigate systemic risks and integration challenges across concurrent programs.
• Advise senior operational and technical leaders on sequencing, feasibility, and tradeoffs.
• Mentor Technical Program Managers and improve TPM standards and delivery maturity.
• Operate independently in ambiguous environments, making domain-level decisions affecting program outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Denver, CO with hybrid work (3 days in-office)
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–14+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
• Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives with multiple intersecting workstreams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking, sequencing, risk mitigation, and executive communication skills.
• Travel up to 20% expected.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of data center infrastructure and operational reliability frameworks.
