What you will do

• Lead the Data Management team and shape ways of working.
• Plan the team's roadmap at strategic and implementation levels.
• Drive the development of the data platform to enhance offerings, accessibility, and user-friendliness.
• Set clear, challenging, and realistic goals to inspire and motivate the team.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent education.
• Previous experience leading agile software development teams.
• Excellent presentation skills and motivation to work with new ideas.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sub-teams or projects simultaneously.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a software developer.
• Previous experience with Data Platforms/Data Engineering.
