What you will do

• Support the organization of the GTEU monthly steering committee, including agenda management and material preparation.
• Coordinate formal meetings, invitations, and the subsequent follow-up of meeting minutes and action items.
• Strengthen the connection with the CTO office in China HQ to accelerate the execution of special tasks and events.
• Drive internal actions within GTEU to fulfill requirements set by the CTO office.
• Manage multiple tasks independently under pressure to keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong communication and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Göteborg.
