What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end ISO/IEC 27001 implementation from initial gap analysis through to certification audit readiness.
• Establish and manage the project plan, milestones, and deliverables for the ISMS.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across IT, R&D, Legal, HR, and senior management.
• Lead gap analysis against ISO/IEC 27001 requirements and Annex A controls.
• Support risk assessments, risk treatment planning, and the documentation of controls.
• Drive the development and implementation of ISMS policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading ISO/IEC 27001 implementations.
• Solid understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Annex A controls.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, preferably within automotive, R&D, or regulated industries.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gothenburg, Sweden.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) for international environments.
• Relevant certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, PMP, or PRINCE2.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with related regulations and standards such as GDPR, NIS2, or ISO 22301.
