What you will do

• Own and drive customer implementation projects end-to-end, from signed deal to live solution.
• Define project scope, timelines, and delivery structure.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop templates and scalable ways of working to improve customer onboarding.
• Reduce lead times and increase predictability of delivery.
• Transform delivery experiences into sustainable processes for long-term product quality.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technical projects or SaaS implementations.
• Technical or engineering background or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong track record of delivering customer-facing projects end-to-end.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Stockholm.
