What you will do

  • Demonstrate and support craft excellence across gameplay and cinematic content, including strategy, creative, art, writing, video, and audio.
  • Guide workstreams and uphold creative craft excellence both internally and with vendor partnerships.
  • Elevate work to meet evolving creative and platform best practices through asset reviews and actionable feedback.
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary, international development, publishing, and central teams to align and elevate creative execution.
  • Collaborate with various creative professionals to deliver content that delights players.
  • Innovate in creative marketing and storytelling within the global creative director discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience leading successful creative teams in games marketing or a creative agency with focus on gaming projects.
  • Impressive portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of developing 360 campaigns and building brand identity.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple marketing craft disciplines from Brand, Creative, Comms, and Channels.
  • Experience leading creatives with various levels of seniority.
  • Level-headed approach to change management, conflict resolution, and patience through fluctuating creative development.

Nice to have

  • PC or Console marketing experience.
  • Understanding of gaming competitors' strategies to promote fandom, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Experience managing 360 creative marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience in VALORANT or esports marketing.
  • Expertise with Project Management tools (e.g., Airtable, Favro, Smartsheets) and DAMs (e.g., Iconik, Brandfolder).
