What you will do

  • Shape global go-to-market strategy and translate game experiences into actionable marketing plans.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of integrated cross-functional campaigns.
  • Partner with internal and external teams across Product, Publishing, Creative, and Community.
  • Own the development and execution of core go-to-market tactics, including channel planning and asset development.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and operational rigor through roadmaps, timelines, and status updates.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget, identifying risks and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, publishing, or equivalent roles.
  • Proven experience leading integrated go-to-market campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of aligning multiple teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, managing complex timelines.
  • Demonstrated strength in execution, capable of turning strategy into action.
  • Experience working on live-service products or ongoing content-driven marketing programs.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with global publishing models and working with regional or international partners.
  • Experience or passion for the games industry, entertainment, or youth-culture-driven brands.
