What you will do
- Shape global go-to-market strategy and translate game experiences into actionable marketing plans.
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated cross-functional campaigns.
- Partner with internal and external teams across Product, Publishing, Creative, and Community.
- Own the development and execution of core go-to-market tactics, including channel planning and asset development.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and operational rigor through roadmaps, timelines, and status updates.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget, identifying risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, publishing, or equivalent roles.
- Proven experience leading integrated go-to-market campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of aligning multiple teams.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, managing complex timelines.
- Demonstrated strength in execution, capable of turning strategy into action.
- Experience working on live-service products or ongoing content-driven marketing programs.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with global publishing models and working with regional or international partners.
- Experience or passion for the games industry, entertainment, or youth-culture-driven brands.
