hirify.global is seeking a Creative Strategist to enhance its Brand Partnerships team, focusing on in-game advertising experiences for the gaming community.

What you will do

  • Develop seamless in-game advertising ideas and creative solutions.
  • Translate concepts into clear creative directions, briefs, and assets.
  • Advise leading ad agencies and global brands on gaming and creative strategy.
  • Build strong, story-led creative presentations with design and product alignment.
  • Pitch concepts to clients and own the follow-through to execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, ideally within Brand Partnerships at a media, tech, or gaming company, or a top-tier agency background.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative craft with emphasis on digital/creator surfaces, tech-forward integrations, and award-worthy ideas.
  • Extensive experience leading work with sales teams, top advertising agencies, and world-class brands.
  • Proven ability to independently build breakthrough strategy and presentation decks.
  • Outstanding communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative presence.
  • Genuinely passionate about video games and gaming culture.
