What you will do

• Lead design for intelligent, human-centered experiences powered by the hirify.global AI platform.
• Shape UX strategy for AI infrastructure and product-specific AI use cases across the product portfolio.
• Drive widespread AI adoption and trust by transforming complex ML models into intuitive workflows.
• Create scalable AI design patterns, frameworks, and platform-level UX guidelines to accelerate innovation.
• Define and embed ethical AI frameworks into product design, ensuring transparency and fairness.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to align AI UX design with business strategy and user needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Mandatory portfolio showcasing significant leadership and hands-on experience in designing, shipping, and iterating on AI-powered products (LLMs, generative AI, conversational AI, predictive modeling).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, possibilities, and limitations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in human-AI interaction, conversational design (CUI), generative AI, and prompt design.
• Proficiency in prototyping and testing experiences that simulate AI behavior and responsiveness.
