What you will do

• Lead and execute the LATAM communications strategy, aligning with global priorities and regional business goals.
• Own localization of global messaging, announcements, and campaigns for cultural relevance in LATAM.
• Serve as the primary communications partner to LATAM leadership, providing strategic counsel and proactive planning.
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier regional media, journalists, and influencers.
• Support and execute communications for key regional events, conferences, and on-the-ground activations.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to support regional growth initiatives, product launches, and integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in communications, PR, or related fields, with significant regional or international communications experience.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM media landscape and strong existing media relationships across key markets.
• Proven experience setting and executing communications strategy across multiple markets.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to localize and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting events, launches, and integrated marketing or growth initiatives.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on executor in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, policy, and business teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus; English proficiency required (B2+).
