Staff Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Staff Machine Learning Engineer (AI): Designing, implementing, and improving machine learning systems for an AI Revenue Workflow Platform with an accent on contributing to end-to-end ML application development, from research to production. Focus on leveraging data to understand customer needs, deliver new products and features, and continuously improve customer engagement workflows using agentic AI.

Location: Remote, must be based in Hyderabad, India.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve machine learning systems.
• Contribute to end-to-end machine learning applications, from research to prototype to production.
• Work with product managers, designers, and customers to define vision and strategy for products.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java, Scala, C++, Python, Golang).
• Substantial experience with building and managing infrastructure for deploying and running ML models in production.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark.
• Knowledge in statistics and machine learning and practical application experience.
• Experience in developing and deploying GenAI based applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and 7-10 years of industry or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph.
• Experience building microservices with Golang.
• Experience with Spark's MLlib, AWS, Databricks, MLFlow.
