What you will do

• Translate business priorities into structured creator initiatives and activation plans.
• Own and manage the Global Creator Activities Calendar, ensuring cross-team alignment.
• Propose and develop new ideas to evolve and strengthen the Creator Program.
• Collaborate closely with the external execution partner, providing direction and feedback.
• Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and extract actionable insights from data and community feedback.
• Act as the main bridge between the Creator Program and Marketing, Live Ops, Development, and Support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years managing Creator Programs.
• Experience working directly with influencers and streamers.
• Proven ability to manage and execute strategy, set clear goals, and oversee campaign operations.
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights and define actionable optimizations from performance data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Direct experience in gaming or a strong passion for gaming and social gaming communities.
