Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in exotic options trading.
• Strong quantitative skills in pricing complex derivatives.
• Familiarity with the sell-side landscape and a track record of building productive counterparty relationships.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experienced teaching others and open to learning new techniques.
• Strong communication, planning, analytical, and people skills.
• Fluency in English required.
