What you will do

• Manage the daily operation and integrity of the synthetic trading platform, ensuring client trades are executed and booked smoothly.
• Lead daily equity, FX, and cross-currency risk management and improve hedging strategies.
• Coordinate strats and engineering teams on netting, locates, pricing, and axe-related product management.
• Partner with sales and coverage teams to execute client strategies and grow balance and flow through the financing product suite.
• Analyze client behavior, trading books, inefficiencies, risk, and inventory strategies using extensive data analytics.
• Maintain P&L controls through comprehensive reviews and cross-business reconciliations; build broker relationships and expand trading opportunities across asset classes.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
• 1–3 years of trading experience.
• Strong interest in global financial markets and derivatives.
• Experience in data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Python.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
• Solid work ethic and high motivation.
