What you will do

• Manage the daily operation and integrity of the synthetic trading platform, ensuring client trades are executed and booked accurately.
• Lead daily flow-risk management and improve equity, FX, and cross-currency hedging strategies.
• Coordinate strats and engineering teams on netting, locates, pricing, and trading-axe initiatives.
• Partner with sales and coverage teams to develop client strategies and grow financing-product flows.
• Analyze client behavior, trading books, risk, and inventory to identify inefficiencies and optimize strategies.
• Manage broker relationships and maintain P&L controls, reconciliations, and financial-performance reporting.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record.
• 1–3 years of trading experience and a strong interest in global financial markets and derivatives.
• Experience in data analytics and fluency in Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure with a strong work ethic and high motivation.
