What you will do
- Provide expert assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or remote desktop support.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and answer client inquiries regarding services.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Exercise judgment in escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, business, or any related field.
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
- Well-developed customer service skills, including excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of a second language.
- Knowledge of US immigration and visa processes.
