What you will do
- Analyze portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments.
- Utilize big data analytics to identify risk patterns and insights, developing reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics.
- Optimize risk strategies and policies to support sustainable growth.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of new products and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches in new markets and verticals.
- Continuously seek to improve risk management processes and strategies through innovation and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a related data-driven role, preferably in the Fintech sector.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python or similar tools.
- Understanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers, and fintech risk models.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
