What you will do
- Drive data-driven decision-making in People & Culture teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges and build data solutions.
- Become a key strategic partner, proposing, championing changes, and driving them to completion.
- Work with internal AI tools to scale your work across a larger stakeholder base.
- Conduct rigorous, end-to-end analyses to uncover insights, model trends, and answer complex questions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Strong track record of building stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality insights.
- Experience with or a strong interest in People & Culture (HR, recruiting, performance, talent, or employee engagement).
- For Profile 2: 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, or Product Data Scientist.
- High proficiency in Advanced SQL for analysis.
- Solid understanding and practical application of statistical concepts for analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting).
Nice to have
- Ability and curiosity to use AI tools practically and effectively.
- Proficiency in Python and common data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
- Experience creating effective dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience designing and implementing ELT workflows (using tools like dagster, dbt).
- Experience mentoring others in analytical techniques or tools.
