What you will do
- Provide engagement execution support for executive search projects to clients and the team.
- Manage all stages of the search process, ensuring high-quality execution of client engagements.
- Lead candidate identification, qualification, and communication during search engagements.
- Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
- Identify potential business development opportunities and support partners in their conversion.
- Conduct interviews, referencing, and use assessment products for candidate benchmarking.
Requirements
- Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) to deliver presentations at executive levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
- Self-confident, self-motivated, and dynamic individual viewed as capable of advancing within the firm.
- Strong judgment and superior interpersonal and evaluative skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking direction well and meeting tight deadlines.
- Eligibility to work in the United States of America is required.
