What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support for executive search projects to clients and the team.
• Manage all stages of the search process, ensuring high-quality execution of client engagements.
• Lead candidate identification, qualification, and communication during search engagements.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in company systems.
• Identify potential business development opportunities and support partners in their conversion.
• Conduct interviews, referencing, and use assessment products for candidate benchmarking.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) to deliver presentations at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, and dynamic individual viewed as capable of advancing within the firm.
• Strong judgment and superior interpersonal and evaluative skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking direction well and meeting tight deadlines.
• Eligibility to work in the United States of America is required.

• An MBA or other advanced degree.
