What you will do
- Understand business goals, explore competitors, and contribute to feature delivery processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects.
- Perform business analysis, including eliciting requirements, proposing solutions, describing them to the development team, and preparing acceptance criteria.
- Participate in defining the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring timely delivery of new features.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements.
- Manage resources effectively, including budget requests and purchasing necessary licenses.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or System/Business Analyst.
- Technical understanding of the product and the ability to communicate effectively with the development team.
- Proven experience in a dynamically evolving product with constantly shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to perform business analysis and project management.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher level required for communication with English-speaking team members, clients, and documentation.
