What you will do
- Translate company vision into structured product strategy, roadmaps, and detailed requirements.
- Lead and guide the Product Design process, focusing on user research, usability testing, and iteration.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation to delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Growth, Success, and Operations teams to ensure product success.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Designers within the product team.
- Act as the primary product voice within the company, reporting directly to the C-suite.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product or Design roles, with hands-on leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and driving prioritization at a company level.
- Proven ability to lead Product Design from discovery through to delivery.
- Experience working in a consumer tech startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong ability to write clear, detailed product requirements for engineering execution.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and product discovery methodologies.
- Ability to work with visionary founders and translate ideas into structured plans.
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams.

- Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform dynamics.
- Experience with consumer app engagement, retention, or virality.
- Background in travel, hospitality, or social product domains.
- Experience working alongside strong creative leadership or Growth/Customer Success teams.
