Senior Product Manager, Sports Organizations

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (SaaS): Driving the development of innovative features for a sports organization platform with an accent on product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Focus on deeply understanding user needs, scoping features with engineering, and tracking success metrics to iterate on product improvements.

Location: Remote (US only). Not hiring in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia. Must be a permanent US resident.

Salary: $150,000 (minimum, inclusive of base and bonus)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, identifying market opportunities through research and data.
• Conduct customer research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and validate assumptions.
• Write comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) and collaborate with engineering leads on scoping and feasibility.
• Work with designers on intuitive user experiences and lead agile sprint activities (planning, backlog grooming, release planning).
• Track feature adoption and success metrics, iterating to drive meaningful product improvements.
• Present product strategy to leadership and communicate launches to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in software/SaaS, with a track record of launching B2B products.
• Proven experience in Ecommerce platforms, Accounting/Financial software, or CRM systems.
• Fluency with AI in the product development process, using AI tools to enhance product workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and proficiency with product management tools (JIRA, Figma, Amplitude).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
• Customer-centric mindset, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
