TL;DR

What you will do

  • Run end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe and the US.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build impactful teams.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues in Denmark and Vietnam.
  • Redesign and improve modern recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Craft employer branding initiatives to showcase company culture.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for every applicant.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or near Holstebro, Denmark.
  • Ability to work from the Holstebro office roughly twice a week.
  • Passion for people and building strong relationships.
  • Desire to grow and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate company culture into engaging content and experiences.
  • English proficiency: B2 required.
