HR Director – Central Technology

They are now hiring an HR Director for Central Technology — a strategic leadership role partnering directly with the CTO and Central Technology Leadership Team.
The Role
As HR Director, you will:
— Act as a strategic partner to the SVP Central Technology (CTO) and leadership team
— Lead and develop a senior HRBP team supporting Central Technology
— Build and execute a strategic human capital plan aligned with business objectives
— Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and compensation strategy
— Lead talent strategy and high-performance culture initiatives
— Translate business strategy into forward-thinking People plans
— Oversee org health metrics, productivity, and investment lens
— Coach senior leaders on change management and transformation
— Drive global functional change across the organization
— Strengthen a customer-centric, inclusive culture
Ideal Experience & Skills
— Proven experience leading large-scale HR programs in a technology organization
— Strong expertise in organizational design, transformation, and talent management
— Strategic mindset with execution focus and data-driven decision making
— Experience advising complex senior stakeholder groups
— Strong leadership development and executive coaching capability
— Excellent influencing and communication skills
— Experience in fast-moving, global environments
— Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity
— High integrity and strong executive presence
