Focus on shaping assessment and succession solutions and establishing subject matter expertise with colleagues and clients.

What you will do

• Design and deliver high-quality Assessment & Succession solutions.
• Lead and manage client relationships and complex projects across service lines and geographies.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and contribute to proposals.
• Provide feedback and development planning based on assessment insights.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs in various formats.
• Mentor and coach consultants and project managers.

Requirements

• Relevant advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) preferred; minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier professional services firm and/or in-house HR/talent role in complex environments.
• Established credentials in leadership assessment, succession, and talent management.
• Experience with assessment tools and methodologies.
• Professional training as a business coach and a proven track record in leadership development design, facilitation, and executive coaching.
• Experience conducting needs analyses and designing integrated talent, assessment, and leadership development solutions.
• Fluency in Dutch & English
