People & Culture Business Partner (Hrtech)

What you will do

• Partner with the Director People & Culture to improve and scale People programs and processes.
• Lead the execution of performance management, talent management, development, and succession planning within assigned areas.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on leadership effectiveness and building high-impact teams.
• Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including performance improvement trajectories, conflict resolution, and exits.
• Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and support managers in driving engagement and sustainable team improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR business partnering and operations.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Excellent judgment and high integrity in complex people matters.
• Deep understanding of people practices and Dutch labor law.
• Knowledge of organizational design principles and change management.
• Ability to operate independently while remaining highly collaborative.

Nice to have

• US labor law knowledge is a plus.
