DataArt is a global software engineering company building data-driven, cloud-native solutions for market leaders and innovators worldwide.

We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter who knows the Serbian market, enjoys active sourcing, and is confident managing the full recruitment cycle.

What You’ll Do
— Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and internal databases
— Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
— Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings
— Provide market insights and salary benchmarks for Serbia
— Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end

What We’re Looking For
— 1+ year of IT recruitment experience
— Strong knowledge of the Serbian labor market
— Advanced LinkedIn sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping)
— Experience with direct search and cold outreach
— Strong communication and negotiation skills
— Fluent English and Serbian

Nice to Have:
— Experience working with international teams
— Familiarity with additional sourcing tools and job boards
