What you will do

• Drive end-to-end project planning and delivery using agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Create clarity and resolve ambiguity to organise research into clear goals and objectives.
• Apply technical understanding to inform strategy and drive delivery across AI and scientific initiatives.
• Work with leadership and partners to translate research into products, demos, publications, and external collaborations.
• Facilitate collaboration and maintain progress tracking, documentation, and risk management.
• Coach individuals and lead engagement to enable pioneering and mission-focused work.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in project/program management with ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, changing environments and collaborating with diverse technical teams.
• Knowledge or passion for AI, machine learning, and scientific domains such as Life Sciences or Computer Science.
• Ability to coach and grow individuals in high-performing environments.
