What you will do

• Design and maintain the enterprise endpoint architecture for Windows platforms.
• Define endpoint standards, including OS builds, hardening baselines, and encryption policies.
• Own the modern device management strategy, including Intune and Autopilot.
• Oversee software deployment strategies and packaging standards.
• Implement endpoint security baselines aligned with cybersecurity policies and collaborate on conditional access models.
• Provide L3 escalation support, lead root cause analysis, and drive automation for complex endpoint issues.

Requirements

• Advanced Windows 10/11 enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Autopilot provisioning design and zero-touch deployment.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
• 5–10+ years in enterprise endpoint engineering.
• Proven experience in modern workplace transformation projects and migrating from legacy to modern MDM.
