What you will do

• Deliver daily user support and troubleshoot complex IT issues across various platforms and systems.
• Manage and support IT enterprise platforms and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain basic scripts for daily IT administration tasks.
• Collaborate on IT initiatives and projects, ensuring timely execution aligned with business needs.
• Oversee user account management, access control, and system security within enterprise applications.
• Document technical solutions and provide training to end-users on IT systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Workplace Engineer or Systems Administrator.
• Expertise in managing Windows and MacOS endpoints.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Okta, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, Addigy, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian ServiceDesk.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Basic knowledge of IT Networking for troubleshooting and setups.
• Understanding of identity and access management, security best practices, and SaaS administration.
