Service & Automation Specialist (Automation): Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions to improve employee digital experience and operational efficiency with an accent on device, application, and workplace service management. Focus on developing automated workflows, integrating with existing workplace platforms, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

What you will do

Identify opportunities for automation within Workplace Services, such as device provisioning and user onboarding/offboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using scripting and native platform automation tools.
Automate repetitive tasks in endpoint management, collaboration tools, and cloud applications.
Support self-service portals and virtual agents to reduce manual ticket handling.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation with existing workplace platforms like Microsoft 365, Citrix, and Intune.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure reliability and continuously improve efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with workplace automation tools and platforms.
Proficiency in scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
Familiarity with endpoint & device management tools like Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, or SCCM.
Understanding of Windows and macOS environments for end-user devices and knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
