Focus on resolving complex cloud infrastructure issues, optimizing native Microsoft investments, and improving product documentation.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

  • Deploy and support AVD/Windows 365 environments using hirify.global Manager following established processes and best practices.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting via email, phone, and remote sessions to resolve partner issues.
  • Manage image management, FSLogix, and performance tuning for AVD deployments.
  • Configure and enforce Intune policy management and Active Directory (Entra ID, Entra DS, AD DS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account deployments.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and identify trending errors to improve product documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Direct experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11/Server and custom images.
  • Proficiency in Intune Policy Management and identity management.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience working with hirify.global Manager.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk, JIRA, or ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-140, AZ-305, AZ-104, MD-102).
