What you will do

• Manage and deepen strategic relationships with blockchain foundations and ecosystem partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned blockchain partners, ensuring alignment with hirify.global's strategic priorities.
• Design and execute high-impact growth projects to drive adoption of hirify.global assets through real-world use cases.
• Think strategically about collaborating with blockchain ecosystems to create scalable, sustainable projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving regional expansion, economics, and marketing teams.
• Track, manage, and report on project progress, outcomes, and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in partnership or ecosystem management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology.
• Strong track record of managing high-impact, strategic growth projects from concept through execution.
• Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote, global environment.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with blockchain foundations or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, or real-world blockchain use cases.
