What you will do
- Lead an experience design team responsible for a new financial advice service.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritise, shape, test, and ship experiences.
- Provide thought leadership in Experience Design crafts and facilitate workshops.
- Research current-state services and communicate future-state visions.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their development.
- Contribute hands-on to service and digital product design, from needs definition to Figma delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7-9 years of relevant experience design experience as an individual contributor/lead designer.
- Approximately 2-3 years or more experience as a people leader, with responsibilities in hiring, people development, and performance management.
- A portfolio demonstrating skilful application of design methods that delivered business and customer outcomes.
- Experience in the financial sector, understanding ethics, risks, policies, and compliance when designing services.
- Passion and interest for designing financial services and user experiences.
