What you will do
- Provide first level support for all customers via telephone, email and live chat.
- Support and resolve customer queries relating to the website, our services, customer accounts, and payments.
- Take ownership of query resolution, liaising with other teams across hirify.global.
- Keep our CRM updated, follow up on calls and requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved.
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker in both written and verbal.
- Customer service experience (ideally in a similar telephone based role or within retail).
- Excellent on the phone, personable and confident in talking to customers.
- Demonstrate a creative problem-solving approach.
- Organised, and able to manage multiple, simultaneous assignments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
