What you will do

• Turn incoming production needs into clear, actionable briefs.
• Identify, secure, and onboard suitable external partners (freelancers and studios).
• Coordinate interviews, manage the selection process, and negotiate partner rates.
• Oversee ongoing engagements and gather feedback to maintain high quality.
• Proactively search for and validate new freelancers and studios to expand the network.

Requirements

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones.
• Able to reliably manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for video games.
• Open to candidates with 0–5 years of experience in relevant fields.
