What you will do

• Take full production ownership of hirify.global’s forever-franchise titles, from strategic planning through live operations.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams at an executive level (Product, Tech, Art, Data, Growth, External Partners).
• Design and enforce production systems that scale across multiple long-lifecycle games.
• Establish clear delivery frameworks, including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Drive decision-making and prioritization to balance speed, quality, and long-term impact.
• Ensure operational excellence in live environments, planning updates, managing backlogs, and coordinating releases.

Requirements

• Must be based within European time zones (UTC to UTC+3).
• +8 years of experience in senior production, complex project management, or operational leadership roles.
• Strong delivery mindset, focused on shipping initiatives on time with predictability and high standards.
• End-to-end ownership experience from planning through long-term live operations.
• Proven ability to build and scale production processes across teams and functions.
• Experience leading senior, multidisciplinary teams with high autonomy.
