What you will do

• Full production ownership of Homa’s forever-franchise titles, from strategic planning through live operations.
• Executive-level orchestration of multidisciplinary teams (Product, Tech, Art, Data, Growth, External Partners).
• Design and enforcement of production systems that scale across multiple long-lifecycle games.
• Drive decision-making and prioritization to balance speed, quality, and long-term impact.
• Ensure teams are staffed, focused, and aligned with business priorities.
• Continuous improvement of execution, fewer bottlenecks, sharper prioritization, faster learning loops.

Requirements

• +8 years of experience in senior production, complex project management, or operational leadership roles.
• Strong delivery mindset, with a focus on shipping initiatives on time, with predictability, and high standards.
• End-to-end ownership experience owning products or programs from planning through long-term live operations.
• Experience leading senior, multidisciplinary teams with high autonomy.
• Excellent project management fundamentals: planning, sequencing, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Analytical mindset with a strong bias toward clear structure and measurable outcomes.
